In 2023, ALYATEC conducted a clinical trial designed to assess the efficacy of Dyson air purifiers in mitigating symptoms associated with cat allergen exposure.
The results, published in Respiratory Medicine in April 2025, demonstrated a significant reduction in asthma and rhinoconjunctivitis symptoms among participants exposed to cat allergens in the controlled environment of the ALYATEC allergen exposure chamber.
These findings support the role of clinically tested air purifiers as an effective non-pharmacological intervention for individuals sensitized to cat allergens.
