Etude Clinique ALYATEC ALY-ALK001

ALYATEC is starting a new clinical study entitled ALY-ALK001 and intended for adolescents (12–17 years old) allergic to birch pollen.

The objective of this study is to identify the allergic profile of adolescents presenting allergic rhinitis or allergic rhinoconjunctivitis to this pollen. The information collected will allow the design of future clinical studies, especially for the development of allergen immunotherapy, and the identification of potential participants for these upcoming studies.

Two visits (30 minutes and 1 hour) are to be carried out at the ALYATEC clinical research center, located within the Nouvel Hôpital Civil of Strasbourg. The two visits can be combined into a single one of 1h30. No experimental medication will be administered or evaluated during this study. The evaluations will include in particular a clinical and medical examination, skin prick tests for different allergens, measurement of vital signs as well as a blood test.

Compensation of €50 in the form of a gift card will be offered to all participants who have completed all the required procedures of the study. The obtaining of consent from both adolescents AND parents is necessary for any participation.

Participation is possible from April 20 to August 31, 2026.

Depending on the allergic profile established for each participant of this ALY-ALK001 study, ALYATEC may propose to take part in other clinical studies requiring similar profiles.
